Almost 3 years since a very nice guy and talented wrestler Mark Starr passed on to the paradise which is eternal happiness. He was a true gentleman and family Man and my condolences go out to his wife and daughter. He was way to young to go but God always takes the true Angel's first and Mark was a inspiration to many other's. R.I.P. Brother in God.Mike Sammataro

The Lord was looking for a NEW angel and came upon Mark. The Lord decided Mark was the perfect angel to bring up to the heavens above and watch his family and friends forever. Mark, You were my workout partner and a friend. Will be looking for you every morning when i get to the gym. We talked about almost everything and then some. You were a great guy and even a better friend. Will see you again.

From the wrestling days, to stagehands, to home inspection, we traveled a lot of miles together.You have been my family since the early 80's. My heart is broken.
I know you brother, and I know you would rather we were sitting around laughing about all the stuff we saw and did together. I won't forget how big peoples eyes got when you climbed your big self out of the car. I'll miss that smug look you carried so well in the ring...I miss you already.

for over 30 years i have considered Mark a close friend,....That I will miss very much..........During those times we have hunted  loads of deer and turkey,the stories are too many to count.Always a good time. We  traveled together to Texas helping hurricane victims as Mark was learning the Claims adjusting business ..A day did not go by when we would knock on an  insureds door and they would say OMG its Mar Star !!!! I cant tell you how many people in Texas have old Florida Championship Wrestling tapes that we had to look at ,but that was Mark he just had that way about him....Lord please watch over my brother...
