Mark was born on November 7, 1968 to Harry and Donna (Lewis) Osburn in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating in 1987 from Logan High School in Logan, OH, he went on to study psychology at Harding University. While there he met his wife, & they were married in 1992. Their family became complete with the addition of two daughters.
Mark was a man of many interests. He and his daughters took Taekwondo together where he achieved the rank of first degree black belt. He also shared a love of Disney with his family. Mark enjoyed watching movies, reading, & traveling.
Mark is survived by his wife of 29 years, Jennifer (Rogers) Osburn; daughters Savannah Osburn and Sydney Osburn; parents Harry and Donna Osburn; brother Jeff Osburn; & nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Mark will be held Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511.
