LOWE, Milly Jane, 72, of Tampa; died March 16, 2016. She is predeceased by her husband Lloyd, 2nd husband Leffie Lowe & grandson Ryan. She is survived by her son Tracy Roddy (Kathy), daughters Melissa Donna Franklin (Richard), Dee Ann Vibbert & Peachie Roddy, brother Dean Rollins (Donna), sisters Judy Ballew (Richard) & Sandra (Phil), 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 1:00 p.m., with funeral service at 2:00 p.m., both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL.
