RICHARDS, Norman L., 63, of Valrico passed away September 26, 2011. Norman was a member of the Brandon Moose Lodge 1880. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd; brother, Dale; and sister, Janet. He is survived by his son, Shawn Richards (Heather); daughter, Leslie Richards; granddaughter, Hannah Richards; mother, Marjorie Conant; and brother, William Richards.
