Ruge, Peggy Plouff 90, of Sun City Center passed away January 17, 2020. She was born in Tampa, Florida to parents Henry and Eunice Plouff. Peggy worked many years in real estate in the Brandon area. She is predeceased by her parents; half siblings Carlton Adams, Sidney Adams, and June Reeder; sister Patsy Friend; her husband of 63 years, Ray Ruge; and her son Rick Ruge.
She is survived by her son Randal Ruge (Kristie); daughter-in-law Dawn Ruge; grandchildren, Jessica Kennedy (Paul), Jason Ruge (Jossi), and Allison Ruge; great-grandchildren, Olivia Lashley, Lillian Ruge, and Celine Ruge; special nieces Donna Young, Dianna Reeder, and Maggie Friend; and nephew Chris Friend. A private service for family only will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
