
Eyring, Richard C., 80, of Tampa and Brandon died peacefully at home Wednesday morning, October 5, 2011 with his family at his bedside. He was under care of the Continuing Care at Home Program of LifePath Hospice. He graduated from Hillsborough High School and the St. Petersburg Maritime School. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patricia (Patti); sister, Emma Lou Beauchamp of Lutz; brother, Stewart (Jewell) Eyring of Tavares; son, Steven (Rhonda) Eyring; step-children, Dave Alderman of Denver, CO, Kim (Sherman) Christensen of Marietta, GA and Stacey Alderman; grandchildren, Devin, Sherman Joseph, and Ken Christensen, Chris Brown and great-grandchildren Chris Jr., Byron, Hope, Cody and many nieces and nephews. Richard retired from the Schlitz/Stroh Brewery with 40 years of service. He served in the Merchant Marines and the US Army for 5 years.
