How could I have possibly know how blessed I would be to find a friend like Sally when I moved in next door so many years ago?  I still remember sitting under the oak tree that bordered our front lawn, sipping iced tea and chatting away.  She will forever be a part of me.

Aunt Sally, you always have been a very special person and aunt to me and I definitely will cherish the memories of you. I am glad that my family went to see you last December and it was blessed that you were thrilled to see each one of us. I know that you are in good hands now and I will miss you very, very much.

I will always remember the beautiful woman behind the beautiful, warm smile that always greeted me! I have been truly blessed to have known such a wonderful woman!  I will miss you.

43 years ago I was blessed to be adopted by the most loving parents any child could wish for. As with any relationship, we had our disagreements, especially when I was a teenager.  But I always knew I was loved. You were my mother,  my teacher, my taxi driver and my friend.  I hope the Lord appreciates the special angel He now has at His side. Goodbye Mom. I love you!

I was blessed to have a sister like Sally and will always miss her, but I will always have the memories of our times together. She was always kind to me and Kathy, but deep down I felt she wanted to be like a mother to me. She always called me bro. and I liked that. Sally had a way of reaching out and touching all our lives. She will be missed by many hearts. Sally had Jim, Jimmy and Amy in her life to make it complete and they all showed how they cared for her with their loving support, thank you. I will miss you sis, your Bro.

Mom,I miss you terribly...24 years ago you became my mother-in-law....we didn't always see eye to eye but we always respected one another. I cared for you as a daughter would for her mother. God blessed me richly when he brought you and dad into my life. I can never express enough appreciation to you for all your kindness, love, support and experiences of life...you taught me how to forgive. You touched so many peoples lives and always put everyone before yourself. Your contagious smile made others smile. As hard as it is to deal with you being gone I know your at peace. Jimmy and I will take care of dad. RIP MOM AND FLY HIGH WATCHING OVER US ALL!

Aunt Sally, you will be missed deeply and forever. I know you are in heaven with Mom talking and laughing the days away until we all meet again. I remember as a teenager asking you how you could have possible eaten an entire gallon of ice cream and you answering "Oh Babe, I had to eat the whole container because my feet were on fire and it's a long way from your mouth to your feet". You always made me laugh and always made my mom smile. I love you Babe!

To say I am sorry for your loss would be an untruth. It is better to have loved and to have lost than to never have loved at all. You were lucky enough to have this amazing woman in your life for a very long time and now God has called her home to be with him. Miss her but don't be sad for her. Praise every special moment she was a part of your lives just as she praised every moment that you were a part of hers.

What a blessing to have had this amazing woman in your life.  Aunt Sally was the most incredible person with a heart as big as the moon.  Her unbridled passion for life and love for her family was a sight to be seen.  While we have lost a beautiful soul, Heaven has gained another lovely angel.  Jim, for the love you gave your wife, all women should be so lucky.  Jim and  Amy, you two did everything. She loved you more than you'll ever know - as we all do.    My dearest Aunt Sally, thank you for your guidance, love and strength.  Thank you for showing me what an unbreakable bond between sisters looks like.  My Mom called you “her heart” - I'm sure others felt the same way.  You will be missed every day “babe”.  I love you always and forever.    May God bless you and keep you always. Aunt Sally was a beautiful woman, inside and out.  She was my aunt, my godmother and my mother's sister and friend.  I will never forget her kindness and enthusiasm for life.  She was always a rock that my mom depended on and was the first to call me when she felt I needed extra support.  I spoke to her infrequently and that it was my loss.  Thank you Amy, for taking such good care of her.  She will be missed and remembered with love.
