Sarah is survived by her granddaughters Stacy Haydon of Brandon, Florida and Regina Long who resides in Kentucky, and a step son Bill Kemper who lives in California. Sarah is preceded in death by her husband Charles Ray Kemper "Charlie", son Gerald Franklin Haydon "Jerry" , daughter Ida Louise Terry "Brewer" , sister Louise Ward Anderson "Harrod", and brothers Lewis and Lawrence Harrod.
Sarah was born on November 24th 1930 in Swallowfield, Kentucky to parents Henry Patrick Harrod and Edna Hall. Sarah married Charles Ray Kemper, a construction lineman in 1960. After moving to Riverview Fl Sarah began working at several daycare centers as a childcare worker/teacher and enjoyed working with children so much she dedicated herself to Merry Go Round Daycare Center for the next 16 years working there from 1981-1997.
Sarah's passion was cooking for her family & entertaining her friends. She was a dedicated member of the Moose Lodge and was also A Red Hat Lady, part of the The Red Hat Society.
Per Sarah's wishes no services will be held.
