Segien, Scott Philip, 54, of Valrico passed away Saturday, August 17, 2013. He was born on March 17, 1959 in Tampa, Florida to the late Stanley and Louise. Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Suzanne M. Segien; daughters, Summer Bordelon (Shannon) and Samantha Byrne (Kyle); sister, Carolyn Segien; grandchildren, Noah Byrne, Gabriella Bordelon, Lorin Bordelon and Lillie Bordelon ; father-in-law, Frank J. Mattes III; brothers-in-law, Stephen Mattes and Frank J. Mattes IV and nephew, Jesse Mattes. The family will have a private service.
