She was born on September 14, 1939 in Tampa, Florida to the late Alonzo Dennis Moore and Ida Estelle Harrell Moore.
Sylvia retired from the Hillsborough County Public School System, where she worked as a school bus driver. In her free time, Sylvia enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and planting flowers. She was a member of Church on the Rock in Plant City.
Sylvia is survived by her loving children, Steve Burns, Debra (George) Bonis, Lisa (Ron) Rickman, Lori Sundall, Cindy Bohannon; sister, Blanche Louise Waldren; grandchildren, Robert (Monica) Bonis, Mindy Woodall, Sylvia Marie Burns, Meagan (Jason) Gulledge, Breanna (Carl) Solomon, Anthony Sundall, Rebecca (John) Whitfield, Kayla Smith, Cody Bohannon; many extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, Sylvia was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Moore.
