She was born November 12, 1959 in Waverly, Ohio, daughter of the late Earl and Elouise Foster.
Tamra was survived by her husband of 40 years, Gerald Muir of Wimauma, Florida. She was a graduate of Waverly High School, Waverly, Ohio and obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan, Delaware, Ohio. Tamra earned her MBA from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky and served as a Certified Public Accountant.
Her career included Price Waterhouse, Tampa, Florida followed by various executive roles at Tech Data, Clearwater, Florida as well as Autodesk, San Francisco, California.
Inurnment will be at a later date in Clearwater, Florida. No services will be held.
