So sorry for your loss ❤ believe you know how I feel for you,I miss my mom everyday one day at time you got this!

I worked with Tina for almost 17 years, and in doing so, Tina and I always got along pretty good though those years and she was a great asset to Gulf Marine.
 I  just can't believe that she just retired in April and now she is gone! I am saddened by her passing.

I got to know Tina when I started to work at GMR and I know people were sad to see her go but very happy that she was getting to retire.  She was always so helpful to me and she was pretty darn funny!  Whenever there was a group setting I always enjoyed sitting next to her.  

I wished she could have enjoyed more time with friends and family!

Tina was and  is (eternally) a bright soul that touched the lives of many people and just made this world a better place by being in it. I was fortunate enough to get to work with Tina and start a friendship that extended beyond the work place- taking a few trips with Tina a d her family to the Strawberry Festival and enjoying many conversations about her  beloved  dogs Gemma and Jackson, her  grandchildren, her  bluebird houses (which attracted some blue bird families)and her love for the changing of the fall leaves in North Carolina.  I had called her not too long ago to tell her I missed her at work (she had just retired in April) and we talked about getting together for lunch.  I am so glad that Tina and her husband  Randy got to travel together, I just wish she could have had more time to travel more after her  retirement.  Tina  loved her family, pets and friends  and even though I know she is in God's loving arms , we will all miss her so much.💖

Tina loved all her family & cherished times that she & Randy were able to visit. The love she had for her family including Gemma & Jackson was evident in pictures that she shared. She loved her daughters & grandchildren. I know for a fact that your sweet mother will be with you always in so many ways. If it wasn't for Tina, I never would have met or known about my brother Randy. I will be forever grateful. May it bring her family comfort to know that Tina will be in God's presence forever.

I didn’t get to know Tina much before she retired but she was always kind to me.  This truly hurts my heart that she was not able to have more time to enjoy her retirement.  My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and friends.  God bless you all.

Tina was a very dear and sweet lady. We had a connection threw our love for Miniature Schnauzers. She will be deeply missed. The world is a much sadder place with out Tina. RIP beautiful lady. 

I am still shocked by this sad news.  I haven’t seen you all in quite some time! We had a special friendship and you are all still family to me! We used to spend lots of time on the phone and shared good times as well as not so good times.  She loved you all! Randy, she gave us a great friend when she met you! We still have Kim, Mandy, and Rebecca along with their kids to watch grow up! God will help you all through these difficult times ahead! If you need an ear, I’m just a call away! She’s always in your hearts! We love you!!

Tina was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met.  She loved Randy and her children, including her dogs Gemma and Jackson with all her heart.

Rip sweet Tina.  You were taken way too soon and will be missed by so many.

 Only met you a couple of times, but always  had a  very enjoyable time  at dinner with you, Randy, Kim, and Sam.
 Feels as if  I have know you a lot longer , as Kim/Sam talked about you a lot when I was visiting their home.  I find it special that all of you have this great love  for your dogs. You will be so missed by all.

I am still wanting to wake up and find your passing has just been a bad dream.  I can't believe you had to leave us so soon.   Thank you for all the times we shared our laughs, and our heartaches with one another.  Thank you for walking through my life.  Thank you for being a wonderful friend. Tina is survived by her husband, Lloyd R. “Randy” O’Steen; three daughters, Kimberly Oleneack, (Sandy), Amanda Murray, and Rebecca Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Rylin Mt. Pleasant, Ashlynn Mt. Pleasant and Serenity Pannell; brother, Rick Watts, (Monica); loving aunt, Cynthia Ross, (Chris); niece, Christina Riggs, (Billy); nephew, Joey Watts, (Krystal); and step-children, Randall O’Steen (Jennifer), Dia Mattern (Jeff), William O’Steen (Jodi), and Joseph O’Steen. Tina was born in Statesville, North Carolina on November 8, 1955 to Claude and Marlene Watts (Moses), deceased.


Predeceased in death by her uncle, Bud Watts; aunt, Mary Watts; uncle, Tony Watts; and dear uncle, William “Bill” Watts.
