Walter Winthrop Ellis V

Keith was born Oct. 7, 1985, in Elmer, NJ. and was a loving father and husband. His world revolved around his incredible 3 year old daughter who he loved more than life. He worked as a bartender for Longhorn Steakhouse for 11 years where he touched the lives of both co-workers and strangers daily. He had a way of brightening every room he entered.

He is survived by his wife and daughter, Lauren and Teagan Ellis, mother, Linda Ellis, brother, Kevin Ellis, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Terry and Sandra Crawford, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kevin and Christy Crawford, maternal grandmother, Barbara Fox, maternal grandfather and wife, Paul Fox , and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Winthrop Ellis IV, and grandparents, Walter Winthrop Ellis III and Ruth Roepke.

An intimate celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W Brandon, Florida 33511. Family is asking that only family members and close friends attend to keep the service as personal as possible. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Keith's family
