Dearest Peter and boys. My heart is full of sadness at the death of my oldest friend...we knew each other since we were 5 years old..we shared schooldays, our teenage years then professional training schools at Newcastle's RVI. You, Peter, and Bev were instrumental in my emigration to Canada in '66...and we shared many fun filled times in those years.  You both always had a special place in my heart and life even though 1000s of miles separated us. My love to you all at this heartbreaking moment.

 Dear Peter,Andrew,Geoff & Paul: Our deepest sympathies to you all in the passing of Bev after she made the bravest of journeys to England. Amazing determination by Bev to make such a journey knowing it was her "goodbye" visit. We have wonderful memories of our two families together over the years---never to be forgotten. Bev & I knew each other since we were 11 years old. A long time with a dear friend.

Our hearts were saddend at the news of Bev's passing this week.  Mom, Katie and I have many fond memories of our times with our shared families. Wish I could be with you to share Bev's memories.  I was so shocked and sad to hear the news from my daughter Jane.  We have lost too many too young, I share your grief Peter.
