Peacefully passed away, Thursday, April 27, 2017, at her home in Brantford, Ontario, Canada, in her 88th year. Doreen was predeceased by her husband, Bill (William) Telfer in 1976, her twin sister Doris Feeney (nee Boyer) in 2003 and brother-in-law Thomas Feeney in 2004. She is survived by her two loving nieces Lorie (Denise Hawkins nee Feeney) and Debbie (Loreen Gendron nee Feeney). She will be greatly missed by all of her family and many friends. Visitation will take place at the “THORPE BROTHERS’ FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL”, 96 West Street, Brantford, on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 from 11am-12pm with a Funeral Service being held in the chapel at 12pm.
