After a lifetime of personal struggles, succumbed to his imperfections on February 4, 2016 in his 52nd year. Beloved son of Harold Kay and the late Carol Ann Kay (nee Empey). Survived by his brother Kevin, niece Alicia Lindsay and nephew Brandon Corey. Predeceased by brother Corey Leigh. Special thank you to all of the health care professionals who have cared for Bill over the years and the emergency response personnel that assisted him at his home.
