Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday November 19, 2014 in her 88th year. Loving wife of the late Earl Reeder (2007). Beloved mother of Sharon Luke and her late husband, Floyd; David and his wife, Linda; and Terry and his wife, Cora. Special Nanny to James Reeder and Kelly Reeder, Kevin Reeder (Lisa), the late Ben Reeder (2007), Tracey Reeder and Autumn Bowman. Great-Grandmother to Madison, Avery, Justin, Megan and Jace. Mary will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends at the “ THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL” 96 West Street on Sunday November 23, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm with Parish Prayers at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Basil’s Roman Catholic Church, 50 Palace Street on Monday November 24, 2014 at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Brant would be greatly appreciated by the family.
