Passed away peacefully, with grace, in her 87th year, surrounded by her loving family in Oakville. Predeceased by her loving husband, Gene. Rose will be sadly missed by her sister Ann (Andy) Tamas and her brother-in-law Joe (the Late Elizabeth) Kovacs. She will be forever in the hearts of her nieces and nephews, Ernie (Debbie), Isabel (Jim), Ron(Marcene), Rosemarie (Dave), Irene (Orval), Rick (Nancy), John (Laurie), Carol Ann (Kal), Andrew (Lorie), Susan (Peter), Greg (Valeria), Loretta (Dennis) and many admiring great-nieces and nephews. Rose will be dearly missed by her close friends. Many thanks to the staff of Vistamere Retirement Residence in Oakville, for their care of Rose. The family will receive friends at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel”, 96 West Street on Thursday, April 19th, from 1-2pm with a Service in the Chapel at 2pm. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
