

It is with great regret that we announce the passing away of Wentworth “David” MacGregston Small. Wentworth was a loving husband to Olga Small for fifty years, and devoted Father to his three children Lorna and her husband Anthony Amoah of Brampton. David of Montreal and Marilyn and her husband Michael Page of Brantford, and caring grandfather of Anthony and Kwame Amoah, Breanna, Brooklyn and Bethany Small, and Isaiah, Omari, Joshua and Lyndon Page. Wentworth passed away on Sunday January 23rd at 80 years of age at 4:30pm in Brantford General Hospital due to cardiac arrest caused by Pneumonia.
Wentworth was born on March 24, 1941 in Barbados and immigrated to Canada with his wife Olga in 1970. Wentworth lived a simple life and devoted himself to the raising of his three children. Having spent the majority of his years in Malton, Ontario and then Brampton, Ontario. Wentworth who spent many years working in the metal plating industry retired with his wife Olga and spent his remaining years in the city of Brantford.
He is survived by his siblings Millicent Small Warner and Stephen Small Warner, Pre-deceased by brothers Eugene Small, and Kenneth Small Warner and will be missed dearly by everyone.
Visitation will take place at “THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME” (96 West St., Brantford, ON) on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 12pm-1pm with a funeral service to follow at 1pm in the Thorpe Suite which will be livestreamed.
