Peacefully at Fox Ridge Care Community on Sunday November 27th 2016 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Joy Brown. Dear father of Mary (Jerry) Fitzpatrick, Rick Brown and Sandra King. Dear grandfather of Rob and Shanna Fitzpatrick, Amanda (Mike) Wilson, Carley (Chris) Brouwer, David King and Philip Israel. Great grandfather of Camryn, Bella and Evelyn. Brother of Clarence (Mary) Brown of Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia. Bill was a retired employee of Gates Canada.
The family will receive friends at the “THORPE BROTHERS’ FUNERAL HOME” 96 West St, on Wednesday November 30th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Prayer service in the chapel at 11:30 am followed by cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
