Lynette Eileen Herr

Lyn completed one year of college. She Married Melvin Herr in 1951. She ran the office of Tele-Comm from 1964 to 1980, then was a secretary at Keyport Naval Station until retiring in 1998.

Lyn was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, in Bremerton. She was a member of the Kitsap Peninsula Knitters Guild. She had also been a member of the Pacific Northwest Tool Collectors club.

Lyn was predeceased by Melvin Herr, brother John Watson, and stepson Melvin Herr, Jr. She is survived by step daughter Judith Tenney (Roy) daughter Jennifer Grace, son Robert Herr, (Nimfa), daughter Edith Clemons (Donny) Granddaughters Glory Kosmatka (Steve), Sheryl Murray (Rob-Roy), Susan Hernandez (Martin) , Natalie Konutgan (Behnan) Kristen Agtonton (Philip), Rebekka Lenfesty (Colin) and Sierra Clemons .

Lyn's family would like to thank Kaiser Permanente Hospice staff. And especially the caregivers from Gentle Loving Care for taking great care of Mom for the last three years.

Memorial Service will be held at Miller Woodlawn Chapel, Saturday June 21st. between 1:00 and 4:00 P.M. Pastor Gary Koutsopoulis, from Emmanuel Lutheran Church, will be Officiant.
