Norma passed away at home. Born in Shelton, WA to Adrian and Henny (Skagan) Aarts. She moved to Bremerton and remained there through high school and then to Seabeck. She was a devoted wife, caring mother, and fun grandmother. She loved cooking, crocheting, gardening and swimming in the Hood Canal. She helped run the family business “Miami Beach Resort”. They retired in 1985 to travel and returned to Seabeck where she was a daily friend to many that came to Turies Espresso at Seabeck. Norma is survived by Roger her husband of 62 years, daughter Turie (Eric) Peterson, son Adrian (Lynn) Anderson, sisters Penny (Aarts) Loveless and Connie (Aarts) Coons, grandsons Corby (Jessica Spaulding) Killoran, Aaron Killoran, Nicholas and Ian Anderson, great grandchildren, Corbyn, Marlee, and Brayden Killoran. Donations to Hospice of Kitsap.
