Robert M. Workman, 88, of Port Orchard, passed away on August 1, 2011 at his home. He was born on August 27, 1922 in Pe Ell, WA to Lee and Decima Workman. He proudly served in the US Navy from August 21, 1941- November 21, 1945. He married Georgia Mae Jacobs on September 27, 1944 in Oakland, CA. Robert worked as a truck driver in Civil Service from 1961- 1977 and retired from PSNS. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, and running his Brittany dogs. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 63 years, Georgia. He is survived by his daughters, Dixie Hansen of Silverdale, WA, Jean Clark of Tahuya, WA; SONS, Bill Workman and Richard Workman of Port Orchard, WA; 9 Grandchildren, David, Bill, Donna, Laura, Brenda, Debbie, Robert , Ted, Jim and many great grandchildren.
