She was born in Washtucna, WA to Christian Hille and Jenny (Roloff) Hille. She later married John Douglas Desposato on December 18, 1944, in San Francisco, CA. She graduated from Washtucna High School. She was a Receptionist/Bookkeeper for Dad, worked at the Bank of America in San Francisco, and worked at the Chicago/Evanston Area Hospital. She was also a Cub Scout leader, Camp Fire leader, PTA member, and a Member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church for over 50 years. She loved reading, poetry, playing piano/organ, birdwatching, nature, rose/flower gardening, and shopping. She loved holidays and attended Husky Football games for many years. She loved her friends dearly. Most importantly, she loved taking care of her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her son, John "Douglas" Desposato II (Jan Harrison), Kay Desposato, Julie A.D. Botz (Bernie G. Botz), and sister Irene Burkhart. Grandchildren: Ian Desposato and Harmony Saylor, Bernie T. Botz and Kaela Botz. Great-grandchildren: Taylor, Cameron, and Ryan Saylor, Malachi and William Desposato. .
