It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter Brittany Lynn Vermillion, age 30, of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. Brittany gained her wings on Sunday, February 11, 2024, leaving behind her amazing daughter Kaylee, mother Rita Vermillion, father Frederick Vermillion III, and brother Frederick Vermillion IV (wife Karina) and nieces Allison, Madison, and Vera. Along with an abundance of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Brittany was a shoulder to lean on, an ear to listen, a laugh to fill a room, and a ray of light in so many people’s dark times. She was never quick to judge anyone and would have listened to you vent for hours and never make you feel unheard. The void she is leaving in so many people’s lives is evident. Brittany prided herself in her crafting, decorating, and party planning skills. She reached out to everyone in their darkest of times despite what dark times she was going through.
A visitation for Brittany will be held at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3401 Baldensburg Rd, Brentwood MD 20722, on Sunday March 3rd from 2:00-3:00 for immediate family only and 3:00-5:00 open to all, Monday, March 4th visitation from 10:00-11:00 with services and burial to follow.
