Cleveland transitioned peacefully on Friday, May 3, 2019 at the age of 92. He is survived by his loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and cousins. Funeral services will be held at Canaan Baptist Church, 1600 Newton Street NW, on Tuesday May 14. The viewing begins at 10:00 a.m. and services begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD 20722.
