James Edward Banks was born December the 26 1930. He departed this life on September the 14, 2024. He was born in Charlottesville, VA and moved to the Washington D.C. area at a young age.
He worked Noland Plumbing for over 40 years rain or shine. He was joined in matrimony in 2018 to Julia.
He leaves to cherish his loving wife, Julia Banks; his daughters; Brenda Banks and Cynthia (Michael) Potts; his sister Ruth Leola and a host of other relatives and friends.
A visitation for James will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 BLADENSBURG RD, BRENTWOOD, MD 20722.
