James Ivy Watts, age 84, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025.
Visitation will occur Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at East Capitol Street Church of Christ, 5026 East Capitol St NE, Washington, DC 20019. With a Celebration of Life to follow at 12:00 P.M. Interment will be at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery.
