Joy Noelin Haynes, age 62, of Bladensburg, Maryland passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023. Joy was born in Georgetown, GA.
A visitation for Joy will be held Friday, July 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Ebenezer Church of God, 7550 Buchanan Street, Landover Hills, MD, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM.
