The word of God says "Be Thou Faithful Unto Death and I will give thee a Crown of Life". Well Nannie was a small soldier but a giant warrior, knowing how to fight and when to fight not just for herself but for many other's.  She was soft spoken but could be stern when required sometimes even giving you this look like no words are needed. She was compassionate, giving and would sit and have long conversations with me and when I was long winded she would just cut right in and say, " alright Rodney I'm going to bed. 😂. Which brings me to her humor cause Nannie could say something within a conversation and have you laughing  She definitely had her wits, always on top of her game. She was loveable to everyone and truly will be missed. I pray that God gives the family more peace, more comfort and more understanding through this time of bereavement. In Loving Memory of Deaconess Lennie Coleman, 
Your mom was a blessing, her memory a treasure. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.  The loss of a mom is one of the greatest losses in life. When we heard of Mother Coleman's sudden passing, the kids were in tears said, "She was like our grandma, with that soft sweet voice." Mother Coleman would always mention how she use to fix Nathaniel applesauce at the NUBC Daycare, and she said, he loved it so much kept wanting more, and all she put in there was cinnamon, LOL.  I will miss  sitting up there with you on the Deaconess row in your black/white, but now you're raising your hands up high back up in the air saying, Glory, Hallelujah!!! I am thinking of you during this difficult time and I am here for you whenever you need me. I hope that your memories of your mom brings you peace, comfort and strength.
