Seafras Williams was the son of Paul and Hattie Mae Williams. Seafras was born in Chester, S.C. until his family relocated to Washington, D.C.
Upon establishing residency in Washington, D.C. Seafras attend Bell Vocational Senior High School. Seafras later gained employment with D.C. Department of Public Works (DPW) he held positions at the Department of Sanitation and later with Water and Sewer Authority. Seafras was determined and hardworking. He was well liked by many of his counterparts.
Seafras enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing cards, bowling and fishing. He was fondly referred to as “QBall or Q” while some family and friends affectionately called him “FatBoy”, in which he embraced and replied, “Everybody loves the Fatman, but Oh how the Fatman loves”.
Seafras Williams Sr. married the late Aretha Mae Williams. He leaves to mourn two beautiful children Seafras Williams Jr. ( LaTanya), Stephanie M. Williams, (one grandson) Justin C. Williams. A loving brother Primus S. Williams (Denise). Three wonderful sisters in law Danette Hensley( Wilbert Neal) Joann Burton, and Patricia Hayes, and a host of loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
