Willie Gibbs Jr. served 25 years in the US Navy, traveling all over the world until his retirement as a Chief Petty Officer - E7 in 2006. During the early years of his service, he found his wife, Donna Gibbs in NAS Bermuda. They united in holy matrimony on September 6, 1986; sharing close to 39 prosperous years of marriage. Whether it was sitting in with the sick, shut in, or just stopping by to speak to his neighbors and falling asleep on their couch. He was always looking to serve and help provide in any way that would bless someone’s day.
