Douglas A. "Duke" Reed, June 30, 2014, age 56 years, after a long struggle with multiple illnesses. Preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Margaret Reed. Dear brother of Carolyn (Geoffrey) Turnbull, Thom Reed and Joan (Mark) Williamson. Beloved uncle of Heidi and April Williamson. Loving nephew of William Reed, Carol (Charles) Rebek, James Reed, Rose Linnemeier, Barbara Zietz, Joan Gelhard and Mary (Jerry) D'Amico. Also survived by his loving aunt Lois, dear friends Gayle Schlapper, Barbara Wells, the Stackhouse family, Mark VanAacken, other relatives and friends.
Memorial Gathering Monday, July 7, 5-7 PM at the Funeral Home with a Memorial Service at 7PM. Private entombment Holy Cross Cemetery.
