Luis Caban, born to Eternal Life August 6, 2014, age 75 years. Preceded in death by his parents Alejandro and Demecia, daughter Janet Marie, sister Tomasa, and brothers Santiago and Evaristo. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Baehr). Dear father of Steven (Veronica), Joseph (Julie), Annette (Todd) Lucchesi and David (Kelli). Loving grandpa of Jacklyn (Mike) Slaske, Mitchell, Jillian (Ted), Samantha, Paul, Sierra, Tristan, Krystal, Jaine, JJ, Justin and the first great-granddaughter, Payton, on the way. Brother of Francisco, Dominga, Alcida, Maria Lidia, Filomena, Maria, Ana Luz, Jose, Carmen Iris and Jose Anton. Further survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends in the USA and Puerto Rico.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, Aug. 16, 10:30am at Our Lady of Divine Providence Church-St. Mary of Czestochowa Site, corner of Fratney and Burleigh Sts. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Saturday at the Church from 9:00 am until time of Mass. Special thanks to the staff at Seven Oaks Nursing Home for their loving care of Luis and his family.
