Peter James Jarosz

Pete was born in Milwaukee on May 2, 1991, the son of Jim and Carol (Stephan) Jarosz. He graduated from Wauwatosa East High School with the class of 2009. He then attended Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, graduating in 2014, with a B.F.A. degree in Industrial Design. After college, he was employed by DCI Marketing in Milwaukee for 8 years. Then working for Niemann’s Homemade Candies & Ice Cream in Wauwatosa as a Confectioner. He also trained and coached with RunFitMKE until his passing.

He was a passionate team player, from countless childhood sports teams to his running career. Peter was a loyal friend, coach, mentor, and a man who truly cared. He inspired us daily by showing what courage, humility, and perseverance look like. Peter lived a big life and dreamed even bigger.

Peter is survived by his parents; Jim and Carol Jarosz, his two sisters; Carly (Andy) Allen and Suzanne (Mike) Miller; his nephew is Levi and Shay Miller, maternal grandmother; Janet Stephan, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Herbert and Terry Jarosz, and his maternal grandfather, Roger Stephan.

A memorial service will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 West Capitol Dr., Brookfield, on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 2:30 PM. Family will greet friends and relatives from 1:00 PM until the time of service.

The family would like to thank Aurora, St. Luke’s Medical Center Neuro Oncology team and Aurora Hospice for their care and compassion.
