Ann J. Housman

Ann J Housman 72, Port St Lucie, FL, formerly of Lincoln, MA, passed away on October 23, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Ruth (Belkin) Housman, her sisters Roberta Chernak, and Susan Sohn, and her niece Stephanie Chernak-Maurer. Ann is survived by her nieces Leslie Chernak, Jennifer (Sohn) Smith and Scott Smith, great nieces Emma Smith and Madelyn Smith, nephew Frank Sohn and Stephanie Sohn, and great nephew Parker Sohn. James Maurer, and great nephew Julian Maurer. Ann, an avid dog lover, also leaves behind her fur babies, Sammie and Brady.

Ann led a life full of adventure. She had been a dental hygienist, esthetician, and enjoyed many business ventures in her life. From selling hair pieces to lollipops, she loved keeping busy. Among her many loves was Bruce Springsteen, his posters once adorned her bedroom door. Films, books, music, and television were things she enjoyed. What Ann loved most was having sleepovers with her nieces and nephews, laughs were always a guarantee.

Funeral Service at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington Street, CANTON on Wednesday, October 30 at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon.
