Barbara Greta (Solomon) Segal of Newton on Monday, August 3, 2015. Beloved wife for 67 years of Sumner Segal. Devoted mother of Dorothy Garfield and her husband Robert Welzenbach, Linda Couturier and her husband Jerry and Ilene Segal and her husband Gary Searle. Loving grandmother of Mark Welzenbach and Mandi Garfield.

Barbara was a volunteer at Newton City Hall for many years, and life member of the Jewish Community Center of Newton and Jewish Women International.
