Betty Sandler Federman, age 96, of Boynton Beach, FL, and formerly of West Yarmouth, MA entered into eternal rest on March 30, 2026, at her home.
Betty was the beloved wife of the late Robert (Bob) Federman and the devoted mother of Debra Polansky and her recently deceased husband, Robert, of Natick, MA, as well as Lisa Griggs of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Denver, CO. She was the dear sister of the late Barry Sandler and the cherished grandmother of Ethan Griggs.
Betty is also survived by Bob’s caring children and grandchildren: Ed, Diane, Benjamin, and Rebecca Federman of Sydney, Australia; Barry, Julie, Peter, and Nina Federman of Easthampton, MA; and Alan Federman and his wife, Frances Spangler, of Petaluma, CA.
Always an optimist, Betty loved her family, her many close friends, and the beauty of Cape Cod, especially the Boardwalk over the salt marshes at Gray’s Beach in Yarmouth.
Funeral services will be held at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline, on Monday, April 6th, at 11:00am. Burial will be private.
