Our hearts are heavy to share that our sister, Cecelia Segal, of Framingham, Ma. passed away on February 13th after a long illness.
Her life was one of strength and grace, as marked by the many who shared her love.
Cecelia leaves her sister, Molly Fogarty (Edward) of East Longmeadow, MA, and brothers, Michael Segal (Kathleen) of Chandler, AZ and Bernard Segal (Cynthia) of Martha’s Vineyard. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Moses, and Blima Segal.
Cecelia's greatest joy was time with her 15 nieces and nephews and 19 grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and they with her. Brian Prince of Austin, TX, whom Cecelia has known since infancy, held a special place in her heart.
So, too, her joy was shared with her many friends who considered Cecelia as part of their families.
Celia graduated from Northeastern University with an accounting degree which skills she used in her career most recently at Boston Coach and Lynch Toyota, where she enjoyed her working life and many work friends.
We will all miss her dearly.
There will be a funeral service Wednesday, 11:30 am February 18th at Levine Chapel at 470 Harvard Street in Brookline, MA, followed by the committal service at Shara Tfilo Cemetery at 776 Baker Street in West Roxbury, MA.
The family, thanks all who cared for Cecilia during her illness for their kindness and support.
In Lieu of flowers please donate to your charity of your choice in Cecelia’s name.
