David Lichter of Canton formerly of Newton on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Sheila (Carle) Lichter. Devoted father of Jon Lichter and his wife Lorna of Framingham, Kathi Lichter of Denver, CO and Debra Bardin and her fiancé Edward Rowell of Wellesley. Loving grandfather of Erika Perham and her husband Kurt, Gordon Lichter and his wife Megan and Mark Lichter, Michael, Alex and Melissa Bardin. Great grandfather of Carter, Sydney and Natalie Perham and Mose Lichter. Dear brother of Matilda Gellis and Dorothy Schwartz. Services at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 12:00 Noon. Burial to follow at Mishkan Tefila Memorial Park, 2619 Centre Street, West Roxbury. Immediately following the burial, memorial observance will be at Orchard Cove, One Del Pond Drive, Canton until 4:00 pm. Memorial observance will continue at the home of Debra Bardin, Thursday evening, 7:00 - 9:00 pm and Friday, 1:00 -4:00 pm.
