My thoughts and prayers are with all of you

We have quite a few memories but the fondest memory is when he would run to Jeff.  His affinity for him from the first time he met him was equally amusing and comforting.   When I would see him, I literally had to stop in my tracks because I could not get enough of him - that great smile, those beautiful eyes and unbelievable curls - just gorgeous and I think I said that every time.  The impact he had on our girls Ava and Mia was the same.  They loved to play with him and take care of him.  His playful spirit lifted all of us whenever he was around and will continue to inspire us everyday.  We miss you more than we can express... Love, The Barbadora Family (Jeff, Lilian, Ava and Mia)

Not a day goes by that I don't think about you Eddie. From the way you laughed, the way you smiled and how you would give the tightest hugs ever, I'll always remember it all. My favorite thing to do was say your name a certain way as if you were a football player and every time I said it that way you would look at me with that gorgeous smile and just crack up laughing. You'll forever be on my mind and in my heart. I love you and miss you buddy ??

Dear Kramer family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. This was a terrible tragedy for our family and there aren't words for how sad I am. Even though it was rare that I got to see my cousin Eddie, I always thought of him and Talia. Eddie was such a smart little boy, who had the biggest heart. I remember watching the video that the babysitter caught of him taking his first steps. I was so proud to see him scramble across the room and I will always remember the joy he had in his eyes and his giant smile. There isn't a day that goes by when I don't cherish his little soul.

Eddie was the type of kid that always lit up the room, from his little laugh to his amazing smile. I have so many memories and I am so happy I was apart of his life. He could come in after eating breakfast at home, and could eat cereal until you told him breakfast was over. He loved music class and was the 1st one to stand up and start dancing. He loved sleeping, but was always the last one to go to bed. He would sit there and laugh with us, while mumbling and repeating "Dora" and "Shoes" over and over. He loved going outside, especially when all the leaves started falling on the ground. He would pick them up and throw them everywhere. There is not a day that goes by that we all don't think about him and reminisce about all the times we had.

My most sincere sympathy to your family at this most difficult time. Life is very precious, and very elusive. I hope you find peace in your spirit xoxo roseann

Hello Allison and Kramer family.  Though I do not know you personally, I do know Mr. Awesome, and Chris and Carla are dear friends.  I saw the heartbreak and pain they suffered when Calder passed.  It didn't even seem to be believable.

I am so truly sorry for your loss and I cannot imagine how difficult this is for you.  Please know how many people have your family in their thoughts and prayers.  Eddie is a beautiful little angel who will stay perfect forever. He will always watch over you and your family.  God bless you.

Some people say that you don't appreciate what you have until it's gone. That wasn't the case with getting to know my Eddie. Eddie was named for a wonderful woman and had so many good traits of his own. I couldn't get enough of adorable Eddie and would hug, kiss and hold him because he was such a special adorable little boy. I would see Allison kiss him almost every time that she picked him up because he was so loving and how he loved his Mother, Father, and sister. He would look up at them so adoringly. 

I would love to see Eddie every Thursday because I would have some time and Allison could work from home.  I would take care of Eddie and Allison and I would have lunch and catch up too. I would take very long walks around Natick with Eddie and how Eddie loved his walks. He would look up at the trees and many times fall asleep. Allison got him used to taking long walks and sometimes the three of us would go too. What more could a father and Grandfather ask for. I was volunteering to take care of my newest grandchild and it was so much fun and could help Allison too. I would look forward to every Thursday. I appreciated the fact that I could see him and I would take him for doctors' visits with Allison, music class and plenty of walks. I would take pictures every week and capture the moment and many of his stages.

 As a Grandfather I would sometimes try to imagine what he was going to be when he grew up.  I would see all of his beginning stages of development and every week it would change. I saw the stages of him looking like Allison and the stages that he became to look like Glenn. His eyes changing color and his growing up from a baby to a toddler. From his first crawls to walking and talking. 
Who could forget Eddie's first birthday party? How special it was and Eddie enjoyed every second of it. We won't forget his smile- his million dollar smile.  His finger pointing and saying hello to everyone individually. We won't forget his beautiful wispy hair. 

In my lifetime I have seen some very special and outstanding babies and children, but Eddie was so very special, so happy, such a beautiful smile, a great personality. I would see him and say that I have never met a happier baby and I seriously meant it.  He could have a terrible cold and runny nose and look like he should feel miserable and yet he was smiling and happy with the greatest disposition.

 Eddie will be missed by so many because in such a short time he touched so many lives. I am so happy that I got to know him and take care of him for the short time that we had.  It was one of the best 18 months of my life.
 I am also so happy for the lasting memorial dog park that will be in his name which is such a wonderful idea. 

On this day of Thanksgiving I am thankful for all of my children and grandchildren but Eddie, this year I am most thankful of the time that I had with you.

We will always remember sweet little Eddie at moe's, so excited for his ice cream that he ate it with his fingers while maintaining that joyful ear-to-ear grin. He will be with us, always. Love and blessings to you all.

i was so sorry to hear about your loss, i wanted to respond right away but got so caught up trying to find the right thing to say.  but i know there really are no perfect words, so i apologize for taking so long to say anything and i just want you to know that i've been thinking about your whole family and am sending you lots of love and prayers.  i wish i had the opportunity to meet your sweet little guy and see that amazing smile.  please let me know if you ever need anything.

I met Eddie at your grandmother's funeral. He was so smiley and social. He was being passed from adult to adult as lunch was eaten. It was beautiful to watch how at ease he was with everyone. What a unique being and joyous spirit. I am so sorry for your loss. I've been thinking of you often and sending my thoughts your way. Much love and hugs to each of you, Marcy.

Dear Allison, Glenn and Talia,

It speaks to the type of people you are that you can be thankful on Thanksgiving. My family was blessed by you in our most difficult of times. Your Mr. Awesome cartoon of Calder made our spirits and hearts soar. 

Though no tragic stories like the one's we both share are alike, we can unfortunately relate to what you are going through. Please know we are here 24/7 when you need us. 

I never met Eddie, but I know Calder has now. Calder, I am sure is showing your beautiful boy the ropes in what we know is a better place. They are fast friends and are watching out for each other and watching over us. We have learned this phrase as our mantra "Love Never Dies". Your beautiful son will always bless you and all those who touched. We give thanks for your family and Eddie.

Fast Eddie you made a big splash into this world!  You were one lucky little boy to have a creative, beautiful, fun, active, loving mom.  Your dad is one of the best communicators I know and always kept your friends and family posted on your happenings and milestones.  He had a lot of hopes and dreams for your future baseball career which was cut way too short.  I loved watching your little curls bounce as you ran around our yard chasing Gus.  Your eyes were bright and your smile shined through them.  I am thankful to have spent some time with you.  I wish it was longer.  Xo

I could easily say it was his smile, his eyes, his curly hair,  the time I was at your house and was totally taken by surprise by him walking but my favorite memory is a little less glamorous. You were at our house and Eddie was having stomach issues. Because of our experience with Sasha I tried to play it cool, like, "I got this."  I so wanted to help him feel better and try to give you a few minutes break.  So I rolled his legs and made the motorboat like sound. When he calmed down I have never felt so good. I feel like that was our connecting moment. I will always feel so lucky to have gotten to see Eddie go from baby to little boy. I am thrilled I got to have meals with him and celebrate his first Hanukkah with him. I'll always remember that moment with Cassie in our porch.  I will close my eyes and see Noa on the floor with Eddie trying to get him to pay attention to her.  Mostly I will just remember him as part of our extended family, a place he will always be.

Every Saturday morning I had the pleasure of teaching Eddie Music Together, Eddie will be the first one to come into our room. Why? for the simple reason of showing off his socks and every detail on them, we would have long funny conversations about them. His smile during those 50 min of class was never off, the "Hello song" would start and he will jump up and down with joy. One day when we brought the parachute to class for the first time, Eddie's eyes were open so widely that you could see the light of the sky in them. Last class Talia showed up with Eddie, my memory goes to that last moment when they both were galloping marking the beat of the song, Talia you should know Eddie's smiles was bigger than any other day since you were there. We all agree all kids are wonderful... Eddie was the happiest kid in town. He will always be in my heart.

Eddie and I got off to a rough start.  I wouldn't go as far as to say he hated me but...I mean, "strongly disliked" is probably accurate.  After time he grew to appreciate my sense of humor and eventually we became what I would like to think was the best of friends.  Perhaps it was face to face experiences he had with our dog Cassie or maybe I bribed him with candy and toys but ultimately we got close enough that I trusted him to take me swimming in the Longfellow pool over the summer.

The one thing I'll remember is how, after each time we hung out, Jonah talking about how much he loved Eddie due to his smile. Clearly, Jonah was not the only one that noticed that radiant smile. We wish you guys much love and strength.

The curls, the smile & boundless energy are a few of the things I'll remember about Eddie. Benny has been asking for him. We've just been devastated & we mourn with you. The ways in which you are choosing to honor his memory speak to your love and positivity.  Please let us know if there's anything we can do. Xo

When I think of Eddie I think of a sweet little boy with adorable curls and the cutest shoes. Mason and Eddie were either kissing and hugging each other or fighting with each other haha they loved each other tho! I loved that Eddie would smile  when I called him Eduardo ;-)  there are so many perfect memories that Sasou , Kelli, Kayla , Andrea and I share and laugh about each day at school. Although the pain of his loss is overwhelming to your family...I hope you find some peace knowing that Eddie will always be in not only my heart but everyone who knew him. Not a day goes by we don't laugh and cry about him and as his buddy room teachers along with his classroom teachers are determined to help in any way we can with anything you may need and we will continue to honor Eddie's life any way possible.

It was like Eddie could tell when you were in a bad mood because he would just always run up to you and give you hugs with the biggest smile, he touched everyone's heart! Miss you so much Eddie !
