Ellen Shafer of Brighton, MA, formerly of Rochester, NY passed away November 25, 2024.
Predeceased by her parents Seymour & Blanche Shafer of Rochester, NY. Survived by her sister, Nancy Shafer, of Brookline, MA and many dear friends and Shafer family cousins in Massachusetts, New York, and California.
Ellen had a long career as an Educator starting in Rochester, NY, then continuing in Boston, most recently as a Tutor helping aspiring lawyers prepare for the LSAT.
Graveside service on Friday, November 29, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Puritan-Mt. Sinai Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury, MA.
Shiva will be private.
