Florence Goldman (née Kaufman), 92, of Chestnut Hill, MA, formerly of Needham, entered into rest on Thursday, July 21, 2022. Florence was born in Boston, MA, a daughter of the late Bessie (Feinberg) Kaufman and Max Kaufman.
Those left to honor Florence’s memory always are her children: Adria Frenzel of Waltham, MA, Risa Tajima of Manchester Center, VT, Gerald Goldman and his wife Liz of Oak Park, CA, and Jami Goldman of Phoenix, AZ; her cherished grandchildren: Benée Meade and her husband Michael of Cranford, NJ, Chad Frenzel of Ballwin, MO, Abby Frenzel of Quincy, MA, Sofie Tajima and her partner Hank of Manchester Center, VT, Brett Goldman of Los Angeles, CA, Chase Goldman of Los Angeles, CA, and Reed Goldman of Oak Park, CA; her treasured great-grandchildren: Hanna Mae, Jack Michael, Haylee Morgan, and Nolan Cambell; and her special niece Nadine Stern and her nephew Alec Stern.
She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Geri Stern, and her brother, Melvin Kaufman.
A memorial service for Florence will be held on Monday, July 25 at 1:00 PM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon Street, Brookline, MA. Shiva will be observed following services on Monday, July 25, from 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM at Florence’s residence in Chestnut Hill.
