Before retiring, Hedy was employed by the Needham Times Newspaper, where she was a dedicated transcriptionist. She was also employed as a secretary for a plastic surgeon in Needham. Hedy was a member of Temple Israel and enjoyed attending the services of Chabad of Natick as well.
Hedy was a wonderful mother who accompanied her husband to different work locations while the family lived in Israel, as well as various other states within the USA. She enjoyed living on Cape Cod for many years, as she cherished the ocean and being with her family. Hedy was an avid dog lover and made certain that her children grew up with pets. She enjoyed singing, especially pop songs and show tunes from the 1950s. She was an enthusiastic shopper, an amazing cook, and an avid “foodie”, with a deep love for Chinese food. She will forever and always be in all our hearts. May her memory be a blessing.
Hedy was a special woman who had a sensitive heart and soul. She walked amongst those who feel others pain deeply. Her kind and generous spirit, along with her warm and loving nature, will be remembered fondly by those who knew her.
