Loving grandfather of Lisa Samick, John & Geneva Crowley, Rebecca Fasten, Marc & Melissa Fasten, Rachel & Rob Ginsberg, Matthew & Rebecca Glazer, Scott & Naomi Glazer, Abby & Dominick Fanelli, Jason Slovin and the late Jennifer Samick Crowley. Loving great grandfather of Jenna Grace Ballone, Kaitlyn, Aidan and Nolan Crowley, Max and Myles Comaskey, Anna Fasten, Gabriel and Maggie Fasten, Frankie Ginsberg, Sarah and Alex Glazer, Brook and Blake Glazer and Jacob Fanelli. Services at the Levine Chapel, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Thursday, October 27 at 10:30AM. Interment at the Chevra Shass Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury.

Memorial observance at the home of David and Elaine Samick in Holliston through Friday noon and then at their home in Boynton Beach, Florida Saturday at 7:00pm through Wednesday at noon.
