Hyman Lampert, age 92, of Delray Beach, FL, formerly of Newton, on Sunday, March 30, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Ethel (Witten) Lampert. Loving father of Faith Paris & her husband Richard, Ronald Lampert, Marc Lampert & his wife Jayne, and Lisa Berkland & her husband Ken. Cherished grandfather of Neil, Jeffrey, Dana, Seth, Joshua, Harrison, Tyler and great grandfather of Olivia. Dear brother of the late Claire Glassman and Sidney Lampert.
Services at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Tuesday, April 1 at 10:30am. Burial at Agudath Israel Cemetery, West Roxbury. Following burial, memorial observance will be at the home of Lisa and Ken Berkland until 5:00pm and continuing 7-9pm and on Wednesday from 6-9pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Edwin P. Alyea Research Fund, c/o Dana Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284, a meaningful charity to Hyman and his family.
