

Mara D. Bohn, 67, originally from Milton, MA, late of Lexington, MA, passed away peacefully June 8, 2017 after a lengthy bout with COPD. The beloved daughter of the late Abraham and Betty (Sirull) Bohn, she is survived by her brother and sister in law, Larry & Judi Bohn and her sister and brother in law, Rhonda Bohn & Dan Levy, as well as her loving nieces and nephews, Ariel and Justin Bohn, and Alex Levy. A true child of the 60s, Mara was a vocal advocate for the disadvantaged, those who struggle with addiction, and all causes Democratic and liberal. She was a trustee of the Muzzey School in Lexington where she lived and relished her many friends there. She spent most of her adult career in the food service industry and found great joy in discovering new recipes and feeding her friends and family. Services will be at Temple Isaiah, 55 Lincoln St, Lexington on Monday, June 12 at 11 AM followed by burial at the Westview Cemetery in Lexington.
