Devoted father of David & his wife Cathy Swart, Janie Silverman & her partner Jay Steeves, and Jonathan Swart. Cherished grandfather of Derek and Ryan Swart, Kara Courson, Donald, Samuel and Alec Silverman, Cameron and Dana Swart, and great grandfather of Prudence Swart. Loving son of the late Leesha & Louie Swart. Dear brother of Ann Pransky & her late husband Sidney. Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Former owner of Snips Hair Salon in Needham for many years.
Funeral service at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline, on Friday, February 17 at 11:30am. Burial will be private. There will be no memorial observance.
