Rodger F. Cohen, the beloved son of the late Bill and Edie Cohen, died peacefully on April 30, 2023.
“Rodg” “Cy” “Rosco” was surrounded in his life by countless friends and relatives who loved him and who he loved - from The Park School, Newton South High School, UMASS, Camp Young Judea, Temple Beth Avodah and other places. During his illness over the last few months, friends and family daily visited with him not just to support him, but to soak in his unwavering humor and friendship that was his gift to all. Rodger’s wit, intelligence, strength, musicality, world view acuity and support and compassion for those he loved will long survive him.

Burial will follow, beside his parents, at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham St., Sharon.
Memorial observance: at his late residence following the burial through 9pm and continuing Thursday from 4-9pm.
