“Rae” (Rose) (Siagel) Porter, age 86, of Wayland, formerly Newton and St. Louis on Friday, December 2, 2011. For 62 years the beloved wife of Jack Porter. Devoted and loving mother of Stephen Porter & his wife Pamela Kellogg, Ellen Porter & Bob Fireman and Lynne Salzman & her husband Warren. Cherished and adored grandmother of Andrea and Jonathan Salzman,

Zachary and Samuel Porter. Dear sister of Harold Siagel and the late Gertrude Lyons, Louis Siagel, Faye Ankeles, Saul Siagel and sister-in law of Beverly Siagel and Lita Siagel. Loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Services at Temple Shalom of Newton, 175 Temple St., Newton on Sunday, December 4 at 1pm. Burial to follow at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. Memorial observance at the home of Lynne & Warren Salzman on Sunday following the burial through 9pm and continuing Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm.
